Role Details

About ACPC

ACPC powers collaboration and content management across Adobe's ecosystem, serving 225M+ monthly active users through cloud documents, Projects, Brands, and storage from Adobe.com to Photoshop, Express, Firefly, and GenStudio.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior PM to help develop our agentic platform strategy! Your role centers on enabling third-party AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google) that unlock Adobe content and collaboration capabilities. You will establish measurement frameworks to confirm AI-native features provide genuine customer value. You will act as the technical strategist who ensures we remain aware of powerful agentic technology and adapt our platform accordingly.

In this position, you will:

Drive Ecosystem Integration Strategy and Platform Evolution

  • Develop integration plans for third-party AI platforms that connect to our first-party agentic strategy, ensuring ecosystem partnerships reinforce Adobe's own agentic capabilities
  • Stay proficient in various AI tools and platforms available, collaborating with engineering to build APIs and integration methods that balance quick experimentation with enterprise security and performance.
  • Deeply understand ACPC's platform. Work with architects and engineers to evolve it for agentic needs. Bridge product and engineering teams by translating technical possibilities into strategic decisions.
  • Align senior leadership on platform strategy, investment priorities, and how the rapidly evolving agentic landscape builds our roadmap

Develop Measurement Frameworks for Agentic Workflows

  • Define what customer value and happiness means for agentic workflows, ensuring we measure real user impact not just technical success
  • Build instrumentation strategy in partnership with our data science team and engage regularly with customers (especially enterprise) to understand what efficiency improvements actually matter
  • Present actionable business recommendations to leadership based on product insights and customer feedback

You might excel in this role if you:

  • Have 5-7 years in product management with experience in platforms, APIs, developer tools, or collaboration infrastructure and a track record of 0-to-1 product development in ambiguous, fast paced environments
  • Stay informed about innovative AI and agentic technologies! Show proficiency in multiple AI applications and environments. Understand technical architecture, including APIs, storage systems, and LLM integrations, to work well with architects and engineers.
  • Excel at senior leadership alignment, cross-functional collaborator management, and consultative partnership: you champion workflows by understanding technical constraints and customer needs
  • Bring strong customer empathy with ability to translate customer pain into evaluation frameworks and technical strategy
  • Are outcome-focused with ability to define success indicators, push toward business results, and thrive in environments requiring both strategic vision and hands-on implementation
