What you'll do

  • Own and drive data science strategy for product, business, and creative teams at Apple Services.
  • Lead understanding of user discovery and engagement with content and subscription services, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Architect and scale experimentation frameworks to enhance organization-wide testing velocity through A/B tests and observational studies.
  • Apply advanced ML causal inference techniques to measure product impact in non-randomized settings accurately.
  • Develop and deploy ML models for customer scoring, segmentation, and lifetime value estimation to inform growth strategies.
  • Mentor data scientists across the organization, setting technical direction and fostering a culture of excellence.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years experience extracting insights from large datasets using Python and SQL.
  • Strong expertise in causal inference methods including synthetic control, diff-in-diff, propensity score matching.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying ML models to drive business decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and scaling experimentation platforms for hypothesis testing.
  • Ability to set technical direction and influence cross-functional roadmaps at a senior level.
