What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in product ownership or technology delivery with strong requirements elicitation and solution design skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in cross-functional environments, including Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of the US Mortgage/Lending domain, processes, terminology, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills for process mapping and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and delivery tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and VISIO/LUCID.
  • Experience in AI product development, including translating business problems into AI requirements and model evaluation.
