What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for TrackWise Digital solutions supporting global Quality Management System processes.
  • Serve as platform SME for TrackWise Digital, advising on configuration and customization trade-offs within Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce features to enhance quality management practices.
  • Ensure QMS solutions comply with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, EU MDR, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Computer System Validation activities, including authoring URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validation summary reports.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with TrackWise Digital on Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of QMS processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience in Computer System Validation for regulated environments.
  • Leadership in requirements gathering and solution design for enterprise QMS.
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience with relevant tools like Jira and Confluence.
