What we're looking for
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree with 7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Proven track record in new product development and introduction, navigating uncertainty to deliver results.
- Strong project/program management expertise with financial accountability; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Technical proficiency in product/process development including qualification/validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ, PPAP).
- Ability to define and execute strategic direction for portfolios beyond immediate needs, enhancing operational performance.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams, setting direction, providing guidance, and establishing frameworks for peak performance.
