What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in manufacturing strategy or analysis roles.
Expertise in developing insights and solutions using data visualization tools like Python, SQL, Tableau.
Strong analytical skills for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of information accurately.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience implementing and refining KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability.
