What we're looking for
6+ years of experience managing and leading software engineering teams.
12+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform-focused environments.
Strong background in designing and operating REST APIs at scale for internal users.
Experience overseeing systems involving provisioning, metrics, monitoring, and management workflows.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and AWS.
Working knowledge of Python and Go to review designs and code effectively.
Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership and strategic planning.
