Develop and execute streamlined test plans focusing on key objectives while maintaining safety standards.
Lead weekly stand-ups and provide Situation Reports to highlight progress and facilitate resource enablement.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing technical teams.
Proven expertise in Pixhawk autopilot systems and ArduPilot stack integration.
Comprehensive understanding of National Airspace System and UAS regulations.
Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping, including 3D printing and composite materials.
Demonstrated ability to lead the design, construction, and testing of UAS prototypes.
Strong communication skills and capability to work independently and collaboratively.
