What you'll do

Own and execute the H100 platform engineering roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
Drive delivery of GCP-based platform capabilities including GKE, networking, IAM, CI/CD, observability.
Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and ADR compliance.
Oversee implementation of GCP landing zone components such as resource hierarchy, IAM, networking.
Lead incident response and escalation management, ensuring availability of runbooks and documentation.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE.
4+ years of leadership experience managing mid-sized teams (5–10 engineers).
Extensive hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes.
Proven track record in Agile/Scrum delivery and incident management practices.
Solid background in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure-as-code.
Experience designing and troubleshooting cloud networking and production support.
