What we're looking for
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of software development experience and 4+ years of leadership/management.
Experience leading teams in research engineering, ML engineering, AI infrastructure, etc.
Strong technical judgment across LLMs, agentic systems, evaluation, runtime infrastructure, etc.
Track record of turning research methods into scalable products or production systems.
Ability to set clear technical direction and connect research to customer needs.
Excellent communication skills for complex topics and aligning collaborators.
