What you'll do

Design and implement material management strategies to optimize flow across multiple sites.
Develop inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track inventory, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.
Collaborate with production planning teams to align material availability with production schedules.
Identify and solve complex problems related to the movement of materials in manufacturing environments.
Support accurate demand forecasting and procurement planning for timely material delivery.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in material flow engineering and management, including people management.
Extensive supply chain knowledge with expertise in ERP/WMS implementation and improvement.
Proven track record of managing complex, high-value inventory in a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex material movement issues.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related technical/supply chain field.
Experience using Oracle ERP and Odoo WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand forecasting, procurement planning.
