  • Establish operational excellence for incident management and build dashboards to optimize platform health and cost.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Corporate Engineering or IT Infrastructure.
  • Managed teams of 5+ employees, including hiring and development.
  • Hands-on expertise with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf, Intune.
  • Experience managing macOS and Windows fleets using automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Python/PowerShell scripting and REST APIs for integrations.
  • Proven success implementing identity lifecycle and role-based access controls.
