Senior Manager, Internal Audit IT

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and security audits covering cloud infrastructure and data protection.
• Lead a global team of internal auditors to set goals, coach talent, and manage performance across regions.
• Drive integrated assurance by partnering with first and second line risk teams to rationalize testing and maximize control coverage.
• Shape executive-level reporting on technology and security control effectiveness for senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Provide independent challenge on major initiatives such as cloud migrations and new product launches without compromising independence.

What we're looking for

• Over 12 years of experience in IT and information security internal audit or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in managing global IT audit portfolios across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud technology stacks, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations.
• Hold relevant professional certifications like CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA.
• Strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing global audit teams.
