What you'll do

  • Own the build, operation, and continuous improvement of AI-native regulatory applications and platforms.
  • Develop an AI-first regulatory technology roadmap to guide build vs. buy decisions and model selection.
  • Design and operate scalable full-stack solutions using Python, Java/Node.js, React, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Build ML and data pipelines for training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and rollback of models.
  • Implement CI/CD practices to automate workflows across data ingestion, feature engineering, model versioning, and deployment.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience in regulated environments.
  • Proven track record delivering complex production-grade solutions using Agile models.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, React, Java, TypeScript, and backend frameworks like FastAPI.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker.
  • Knowledge of Github and source control version management systems.
  • Data engineering skills including SQL and NoSQL databases.
