Senior Manager, Data Science

What you'll do

• Conduct model fit testing, tuning, and validation using techniques like Chi-square, ROC curve, and root mean square error.
• Generate graphical representations of data and model outcomes using advanced visualization tools such as Python libraries and Tableau.
• Translate complex business requirements into project activities and tasks that align with the overall business strategy.
• Select appropriate modeling techniques for large-scale datasets and develop variables iteratively based on model responses.
• Deploy machine learning models to production, continuously logging and tracking their behavior against defined metrics.

What we're looking for

• Proficient in model fit testing, tuning, validation techniques including Chi-square, ROC curve, and root mean square error.
• Expertise in data visualization using Python (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly), R libraries, and tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Deep understanding of business context across multiple domains with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable projects.
• Advanced knowledge in analytical modeling techniques including machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and feature engineering.
• Experience in deploying models to production environments and continuously monitoring model performance against defined metrics.
• Strong coding skills in languages like SQL, Java, Python, and experience in developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
