What we're looking for

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong hands-on skills in modern programming languages (Python preferred) and API-first architectures.
- Experience integrating AI/automation with service management systems like ticketing workflows and observability platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and auditability for autonomous actions.
- 3+ years of people management experience including hiring, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
