Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics

What you'll do

• Develops data models using advanced algorithms for multiple projects to drive business outcomes.
• Manages testing and validation processes to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Collaborates with experts to create new data analysis techniques addressing unique challenges.
• Provides strategic recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis insights.
• Supervises and mentors team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Implements machine learning models using various algorithms like Random Forest and Neural Networks.
• Documents methodologies and projects using tools such as GitHub and Confluence.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field with 2+ years of data analytics experience; or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficient in SQL for Big Query, GCP, Dataiku, and other cloud platforms for data mining and ETL processes.
• Expertise in statistical techniques such as univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, correlation, and machine learning models like Random Forest, Neural Network, XG Boost, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting.
• Skilled in object-oriented programming languages (Python, R) for data transformations and model development.
• Experience creating business cases using Microsoft PowerPoint to illustrate customer behavior, sales trends, and opportunities.
• Strong documentation skills with tools such as GitHub, Confluence, and SharePoint for methodologies and projects.
• Ability to provide actionable recommendations from analytics to stakeholders and ideate data science product concepts.
