What we're looking for
- MS or PhD in ML/AI/CS/Stats/Applied Math, with preference for PhD.
- 3-7 years of industry experience building and deploying machine learning models.
- Proven ability to design model architectures and pretraining objectives.
- Experience in developing robust evaluation frameworks for diverse tasks.
- Expertise in maintaining production-grade ML systems end-to-end.
- Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams across the organization.
