As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at CVS Health, you will join the CRM Marketing team to develop and scale AI-driven solutions that optimize customer interactions and improve health management for millions of users. Your daily tasks include architecting end-to-end ML pipelines, implementing CI/CD processes for models in production, and leading the design of agentic AI systems for marketing automation. You’ll work closely with data science, engineering, and business teams to transform prototypes into scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Essential skills include 5+ years of hands-on experience building machine learning systems, proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and expertise in reinforcement learning, causal inference, LLMs, or MCP. You will also mentor other engineers and influence the ML roadmap while handling large-scale data environments.
Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for CRM Marketing optimization.
Develop continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes for machine learning models.
Lead the creation of Agentic AI solutions to automate marketing workflows.
Optimize ML infrastructure and guide data preparation strategies for model improvement.
Mentor engineers and data scientists on best practices, code quality, and scalable architecture.
What we're looking for
5+ years of hands-on experience developing machine learning systems in production environments.
Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Experience leading the design and architecture of new and existing systems.
Strong background in reinforcement learning, causal inference, LLMs, or MCP.
Expertise in implementing CI/CD for ML models including automated testing and monitoring.
Ability to mentor other engineers and influence cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
