What we're looking for

  • Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering and 5+ years of applied experience
  • Advanced understanding of site reliability culture, principles, and implementation within applications or platforms
  • Expertise in observability practices including monitoring, alerting, and telemetry collection
  • Demonstrated ability to use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for improving reliability workflows
  • Ability to set safe AI usage practices while ensuring resiliency, security, and auditability
  • Deep knowledge in infrastructure engineering areas such as networking, databases, automation, and performance assessments
  • Strong communication skills and experience mentoring others on site reliability principles
