  • Deep expertise in SIEM, UBA, DLP, and endpoint detection technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading complex employee investigations independently.
  • Ability to identify systemic control gaps and drive process improvements.
  • Experience composing investigative briefs for senior leadership consumption.
  • Working knowledge of legal, regulatory frameworks for insider threat programs.
  • Mentoring junior analysts on tradecraft, evidence handling, and communication.
