What you'll do

Oversee lifecycle management of customer property to ensure compliance and accountability.

Manage and execute compliance audits, addressing corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain asset management system to ensure traceability and accurate transaction history.
Coordinate property reviews and physical inventories at subcontractors to control government property.

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience managing customer property.
In-depth knowledge and compliance with FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245.
Extensive experience conducting internal and external compliance audits.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity and competence with property management systems like PIEE.
Certifications such as CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM from the NPMA are highly desired.
