What you'll do

  • Build self-serve capabilities and shared primitives to enable independent feature shipping.
  • Ensure the web platform is performant, reliable, and extensible for all building on it.
  • Define and enforce performance standards and lead initiatives around Core Web Vitals.
  • Architect a robust observability stack including logging, metrics, and real-user monitoring.
  • Establish reliability standards and champion operational excellence across the platform.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in front-end or full-stack web platform engineering at scale.
  • Expertise in designing and documenting versioned client APIs for high-reliability production systems used by multiple internal teams.
  • Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, browser rendering pipelines, and advanced web performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong background in observability tooling including distributed tracing, logging, metrics, and real-user monitoring.
  • Solid experience with CI/CD systems, build tooling, and maintaining platform delivery infrastructure for consistent and safe deployments.
