What you'll do

  • Provide strategic finance support and recommendations for global Real Estate investments.
  • Lead budgeting processes and financial reporting for global real estate projects.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience with knowledge of J&J financial processes and ERPs
  • Strong financial modeling skills using advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP functions)
  • Experience developing relationships with business partners across all functions
  • Proven ability to simplify complex discussions and frame effective business cases
  • Demonstrated robust analytical and technical skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Preferred certifications: MBA, CPA, CMA or other applicable financial credentials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong business partner relationships
