What you'll do
- Become an expert on all company products, related industry products, and their integration.
- Manage escalated support issues to resolution within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Reproduce customer issues in the lab using deep inspection tools for troubleshooting.
- Engage with development teams to demonstrate problem reproduction methods and validate fixes.
- Provide detailed technical advice to sales and support teams on product functionality.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of engineering or technical support experience
- Expertise in full stack troubleshooting including network, hardware, and software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reverse engineer complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction
- Experience with Linux, APIs, Python, or other coding languages
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, VLANs, TCP/IP)
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and write technical documentation
