  • Proven ability to drive complex multi-team technical programs from ambiguity to delivery
  • Strong track record of influencing senior engineering leaders and building consensus across organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to triage, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity under pressure
