What we're looking for

  • Proven experience building and scaling widely consumed component libraries or design systems.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques and complex bug-solving skills.
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, Git, Figma, and component documentation platforms like Storybook.
  • Strong understanding of CSS, headless UI ecosystems, and accessibility principles including WCAG.
  • Fluency in AI Native principles and familiarity with modern AI coding assistants for workflow optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
