What you'll do

• Identify and validate data sources to ensure quality and relevance for business needs.
• Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models using advanced techniques like NLP and predictive analytics.
• Write and test production-quality code in languages such as Python, SQL, and Java.
• Evaluate and monitor deployed models to maintain robustness and scalability in production.
• Communicate insights through effective data visualizations to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex business problems into actionable ML solutions with measurable impact.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in developing and deploying scalable machine learning models using Python, SQL, Java.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, optimization, NLP, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
• Proven ability to identify, validate data sources, ensure data quality, and understand business requirements.
• Expertise in model evaluation, tuning, validation, and monitoring for robustness and scalability in production environments.
• Skill in creating effective data visualizations and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in translating complex business problems into actionable ML solutions with measurable impact.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in analytics, modeling, and communication.
