Senior, Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Develop and implement forecasting models using statistical modeling, machine learning, and time-series techniques.
• Engineer meaningful features to improve model performance and scalability through business understanding and domain knowledge.
• Extract, preprocess, clean, and validate large-scale datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud technologies.
• Design and monitor model performance using statistical validation techniques and experimentation frameworks for reliability.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and model insights effectively to business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience applying advanced analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling to solve complex business problems.
• Expertise in developing and deploying forecasting models using statistical and machine learning methodologies.
• Proficient coding skills in Python, Spark, Scala, R, Java, C++, with strong SQL proficiency for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to frame ambiguous business problems into scalable solutions.
• Experience in MLOps, deploying, and managing machine learning models in production environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences and mentor junior associates.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing project roadmaps.
