What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in data science or product analytics with a proven track record.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and window functions.
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests end to end.
Demonstrated ability to define success metrics and deliver clear recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
