What we're looking for
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a relevant field with at least 3 years specializing in B2B Generative AI products.
- Expertise in RAG architecture, vector/graph databases, reranking algorithms, and multi-modal application development.
- Proficiency with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Agentcore, and modern UI tools such as React or Angular.
- Advanced SQL skills and ability to communicate complex technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expert-level knowledge of observability tools for managing cost, reliability, latency, and performance in agentic systems.
