As the first Data Scientist on Plaid’s Embedded Insights team within the Data organization, you will lead the development of an analytics and measurement framework to support internal and customer-facing products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and machine learning teams to drive data-informed decision-making, assess model performance, and enhance the health and growth of the Plaid network. Your responsibilities include analyzing behavior patterns across the network, creating dashboards for monitoring ML models, and translating complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders.
