Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Identity Platform and Access Management

What you'll do

• Lead development of enterprise identity strategy and platform architecture for cloud identity and directory services.
• Define secure authentication reference architectures for CLI, browser, and agentic workflows.
• Architect centralized token issuance and validation service for consistent trust across developer and device contexts.
• Establish robust access control and auditability for automated AI and machine-assisted workflows.
• Build advanced identity security controls including Conditional Access policies and risk-based authentication.

What we're looking for

• Over 12+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering with expertise in authentication, authorization, and identity systems.
• Demonstrable experience leading the development of large-scale identity and access management platforms.
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture, modern IAM controls, and identity-based attack techniques.
• Experience securing automated workflows and service-to-service identities within complex environments.
• Established background in building high-availability token services or centralized authentication platforms at enterprise scale.
• Deep knowledge of federated identity standards, device attestation, and delegated access flows.
• Demonstrated ability to establish agent or service identities in multi-tenant environments.
