The role requires 3+ years of experience in endpoint security with strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS/Linux operating systems. Preferred candidates have experience with large-scale deployments (10,000+ endpoints) and scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in endpoint security or enterprise endpoint engineering.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with EDR, DLP, VPN, proxy/web, and endpoint visibility platforms.
  • Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience using AI, analytics, or automation to improve security operations.
  • Ability to apply AI responsibly to enhance security outcomes and reduce operational friction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
