What we're looking for

  • J.D. degree with strong academic performance and a California law license.
  • At least 5 years of privacy law experience in employment or recruiting data issues.
  • Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, BIIPA, and other international laws for employee data.
  • Experience advising HR teams on privacy compliance in global tech companies.
  • Ability to review and negotiate vendor contracts and DPAs related to workforce data.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting tools and legal aspects of automated decision-making.
