- Proficiency with Zoom Rooms hardware and video SaaS provider such as Zoom.
- Strong scripting skills to automate processes and establish best practices for system/application capacity monitoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting to technical and management teams.
- Ability to lead technical meetings, manage relationships with partners, and leverage AI tools for automation.
