What you'll do

Design and implement production-grade Node.js services on AWS Lambda.

Create automation and AI-enabled workflows for improved routing and agent support.
Build migration tooling to move legacy telephony workflows onto modern cloud platforms.

What we're looking for

5+ years of backend software engineering experience with Node.js or TypeScript.
Expertise in designing secure APIs and integrating complex platforms on AWS Lambda.
Hands-on experience with observability tools like OpenSearch, CloudWatch, Kibana.
Practical use of AI coding assistants for development and troubleshooting.
Senior-level judgment to solve ambiguous operational problems technically.
Fluency with GitHub workflows including pull requests, code review, and CI/CD.
