What you'll do

Provide advanced technical support for applications and integrations using Microsoft Azure services.
Resolve escalated issues within specific SLAs or escalate to appropriate service level queues.
Develop and maintain documentation for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and incident resolution scripts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Manage ad hoc support requests and prepare After Action Reports in accordance with guidance.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in Azure application administration and troubleshooting.
Expertise in developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical documentation and process documentation.
Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for SCI.
Experience with DoD Cloud Environments (IL4/IL5/IL6) and classified/unclassified networks using PaaS services.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks.
Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
