What we're looking for
6+ years experience building scalable distributed systems with high availability and reliability.
Proven ability to build end-to-end products and platforms while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
Strong capability in reasoning about system design tradeoffs, architecture, domain modeling, and operational costs.
Experience developing AI features using multimodal LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
Proficiency in Python; knowledge of React/Next.js and data analysis is beneficial.
Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud provisioning environments.
Strong oral and written interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
