What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
- Experience with machine learning development, evaluation, and predictive modeling.
- Ability to design statistical methodologies for evaluating model performance for fairness and bias.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of health status and outcomes data in AI governance processes.
- Proactive approach to continuous process improvement and tooling development.
- Experience in creating visualizations to support AI Governance processes.
