Security Operations Vice President, Vulnerability Management

What you'll do

• Review new vulnerabilities from multiple sources to identify risks to the firm.
• Define risk ratings using proprietary and industry standards, documenting impacted assets and exposures.
• Assess threat intelligence and exploit code to determine attack vectors and recommend remediation activities.
• Drive global teams' daily workflow by analyzing case loads and prioritizing tasks.
• Provide technical leadership within the team, mentoring junior members on vulnerability management.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate security investigations and validate outputs for operational data handling.
• Enhance threat detection and response processes through reuse of AI-assisted workflows.

What we're looking for

• Over 5 years of experience in Cyber Operations/Vulnerability Management roles.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes supporting Vulnerability Management and Security Operations Centers.
• Experience coordinating Incident Management and cyber incident response, including cross-team alignment.
• Broad understanding of cybersecurity controls, leading vendor products, open-source software deployment, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with vulnerability detection tools and data sources via SQL, JSON, APIs, and Splunk.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for security operations workflows.
• Aptitude for vulnerability research and exploit development, including AI-assisted methods.
