As a Security Business Partner at Anduril’s Frontier Systems Division, you will serve as the primary strategic security advisor to the division head and leadership team, ensuring that security is integrated into all business pursuits and initiatives. You will work closely with Industrial/Special Programs security teams, Classified IT, Facilities, and other stakeholders to integrate best practices across multiple classification levels, from collateral to SAP/SCI. This role requires a deep understanding of DoDM 5205.07, ICD-705, 32 CFR Part 117, and IC-related guidance, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate dynamic environments effectively.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of related security experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Hold Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or similar.
  • Strong understanding of DoDM 5205.07, ICD-705, and IC-related guidance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously on complex projects.
  • Experience in integrating security into system design and product development.
