Scrum Master, Vice President

What you'll do

• Manage concurrent sprint execution and act as primary liaison between Technology teams and Business stakeholders.
• Resolve high impact problems/sprints through evaluation of complex business processes and industry standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure they are positive, productive, and time-efficient.
• Guide teams on using Agile/Scrum practices to meet project goals and customer satisfaction.
• Track team progress using Jira and other tools, providing key metrics and reports on performance.
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks in collaboration with technical leads.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 years of experience in technology-driven environments with a minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Expert understanding of SDLC and multiple Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Extensive hands-on experience using Jira for Agile project management.
• Proven ability to coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in AI/ML project lifecycles including data preparation, model development, testing, and deployment.
