You will be responsible for ensuring the chosen framework is understood and enacted. Your goal is to foster a culture of self-management, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. </p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><b>Facilitate Ceremonies: </b>Lead daily stand-ups, <a href="https://www.atlassian.com/agile/scrum/sprint-planning" target="_blank">sprint planning</a>, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li><b>Remove Impediments: </b>Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that slow the team down.</li><li><b>Coach: </b>Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li><b>Shield the Team: </b>Protect developers from external distractions and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scope_creep" target="_blank">scope creep</a> during sprints.</li><li><b>Support the Product Owner: </b>Assist in backlog refinement and ensuring product goals are clearly understood by the team. </li><li><b>Implement Agile Maturity Metrics: </b>Creating, tracking, and evaluating information to help the team to improve.</li></ul><p><b>Key Skills</b></p><ul><li><b>AI Integration: </b>Using AI-powered tools for <a href="https://www.refontelearning.com/blog/scrum-master-in-2026-future-trends-high-demand-skills-and-career-outlook" target="_blank">predictive sprint analytics</a> and automated reporting.</li><li><b>Scaled Agile: </b>Knowledge in frameworks like <a href="https://scaledagileframework.com/" target="_blank">SAFe</a> or <a href="https://less.works/" target="_blank">LeSS</a> for managing multiple connected teams.</li><li><b>Remote Facilitation: </b>Proficiency with tools like <a href="https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira" target="_blank">Jira</a>, <a href="https://miro.com/" target="_blank">Miro</a>, Confluence, and Aha for hybrid/remote teams.</li><li><b>Value Stream Mapping: </b>Mapping out the entire process from "idea" to "customer value" to find and cut waste.</li><li><b>Backlog Health: </b>Ensuring the backlog is DEEP (Detailed appropriately, Emergent, Estimated, and Prioritized).</li><li><b>Soft

</b></p><ul><li>This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.</li><li>You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
