- Track construction, installation, validation, and commissioning of RF test chambers and stations.
- Manage material procurement and coordinate installation of RF conformance and performance test systems.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or NPI program management
- Experience managing build planning, material readiness, and logistics for RF testing
- Familiarity with RF test equipment and wireless technologies such as cellular (WCDMA, LTE, 5G), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams and manage multiple competing priorities in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in configuration management and Bill of Material (BOM) processes
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration
- Strategic problem-solving and crisis leadership capabilities
