What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field and 10+ years of requirement management experience.
Demonstrated experience as a System Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator for complex projects.
Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT teams.
Proficiency in conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and alignment to Agile sprints.
Strong skills in facilitating requirements discussions, stakeholder interviews, and ensuring traceability and validation.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence.
