You will architect and optimize hybrid retrieval systems using Elasticsearch, semantic embeddings, and re-ranking models to improve relevance and latency, while also developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that combine structured and unstructured data sources. What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in search engineering or relevance optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Retrieval, Data Science, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch in production environments.
Experience tuning search relevance and integrating Generative AI systems.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar language for search applications.
Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and evaluation metrics.
Strong communication skills to translate technical improvements into business impact.
