Quantum Computing Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Define and implement cross-team integration and test plans.
• Establish best practices for engineering documentation and requirements tracking.
• Develop change control processes for quantum computing systems.
• Provide technical expertise in complex circuit testing and low noise measurement.
• Contribute to the development of microwave electronics and test automation.
• Calibrate and test qubits as part of system optimization efforts.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, or related field required.
• PhD preferred with expertise in complex circuit test, low noise measurement, etc.
• Strong knowledge of quantum computer performance metrics at component and system levels.
• Experience leading technical projects, products, programs, or personnel management.
• Excellent technical communication skills for documentation and requirements tracking.
