What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain the quality management system for Starlink Aviation.
  • Assess compliance of SpaceX Starlink Aviation processes, systems, and products to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
  • Utilize corrective action process to address non-conformances and improve the management system.
  • Initiate changes in management system procedures and lead implementation efforts.
  • Support internal audits, vendor/supplier audits, and external party audits.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical product design, testing, manufacturing.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with AS9100 and FAA Part 21.
  • Certified lead auditor (ASQ-CQA-RAB) or equivalent training and implementation experience.
  • Experience with quality tools including root cause analysis, QMS auditing, statistical analysis.
  • Strong technical writing skills and effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for audits and vendor/supplier evaluations.
