  • Propose process and product improvements based on customer feedback.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a strong drive for ownership and self-sufficiency in technical systems.
  • Requires active security clearance; previous clearance is advantageous.
  • Experience with observability tools like DataDog, Grafana, or Palantir Foundry preferred.
  • Background in military or government agency operations is beneficial.
  • Proficient in on-call support and working in high-risk tolerance environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and non-standard shifts.
  • 3+ years of customer/technical support experience focusing on system reliability.
